Daemonhunter Storm Trooper Plasma guys

As I was finishing my Daemonhunter Lander Raider weathering effect the other day, placing the Land Raider back on my Painting Shop Miniature shelves, suddenly I noticed that I still have plasma guys not issued the standard blue glow plasma gun. My Daemonhunter Storm Troopers, the special weapon plasma Storm Troopers, still have not been issued the standard blue glow plasma gun… haha.

Arghh, its distraction again. Thought I could complete my 5 Empire Swordmen, but I need to issue the plasma gun, haha. Anyway, managed to “upgrade” my Storm Troopers to the standard blue glow plasma gun. Those who miss my previous tutorial post on how to paint the plasma gun glow can check out here.

The Daemonhunter Storm Trooper is holding the plasma gun near to the face mask area, not like the Imperial Guard ones where it is in a lower position. I guess if you are holding the plasma gun near to the face mask, the glow from the plasma would have shine some glow on the face mask as well.

The same technique as I used for my Imperial Guard, just a mix of midnight blue and skull white, dry rush the face mask are gently. And wow, the Storm Troopers are ready for some plasma action… and, its been real quiet about Storm Troopers rumour lately… anyone hear anything recently?

FOR THE EMPEROR!
